Arogya AI is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do strictly not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or the relevant age of majority in your jurisdiction. Any accounts found to belong to underage users without valid consent will be terminated immediately without liability.

Parental Consent

If you are under 18 but at least 13, you may only use the Service with the express permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The parent or guardian assumes absolute liability for the minor's interactions with the platform.

Monitoring and Reporting

We utilize safety systems to filter inappropriate content. If you encounter any AI-generated response that is unsuitable for a minor or violates safety standards, please report it to support@ginit.in.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or relating to this policy shall be handled exclusively in the legal courts of Gopalganj, Bihar, India, where the company is registered.
