Your Right to Deletion

At G-INITIATONS ESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, we respect your right to control your data. You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

How to Request Deletion

• In-App Deletion: Navigate to Settings > Profile > Delete Account and confirm the prompt to initiate permanent removal of your data.
• Email Request: Send an email to support@ginit.in from your registered email address with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your account identifiers such as phone number or email.

Retention and Scrubbing

Upon a valid deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately. Your data will be permanently scrubbed from active production databases within 30 days. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time for legal or security purposes before being overwritten. We reserve the right to retain necessary transactional data to comply with legal tax and regulatory obligations.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or relating to data deletion practices shall be handled exclusively in the legal courts of Gopalganj, Bihar, India, where the company is registered.
