Digital Content and Services
Arogya AI provides digital wellness content and AI services. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases, including subscriptions and one-time feature unlocks, are strictly non-refundable once the service is accessed.
Subscription Cancellations and Autopay
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management settings of the Google Play Store or App Store. General cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided for the remaining period. However, if you cancel your autopay mandate directly, your ongoing subscription access will also be stopped at the exact same time.
Unnotified Deductions
If an autopay deduction is processed without any prior information from the payment gateway provider or from our side, there is absolutely no refund available for that instance of the subscription. You are required to continue utilizing that subscription package until the next month or the next validity period that you originally selected.
Processing Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store must be handled directly by the respective store support systems, as G-INITIATONS ESERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED does not have direct access to payment transactions through those platforms.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from transactions, autopay deductions, or this refund policy shall be handled exclusively in the legal courts of Gopalganj, Bihar, India, where the company is registered.
